Active WMATA Abilities-Ride Provider

MOWA NEMT has operated continuously as a WMATA Abilities-Ride approved transportation provider since September 2024, delivering ADA paratransit service under prime contractor Uzurv. Across three consecutive operating years and 2,365 unique riders served, every year has cleared the 90% FTA paratransit on-time threshold.

Driver-side reliability above 99.7%. Internal dispatch records show fewer than 30 provider-initiated returns across all 11,571 lifetime trips. The bulk-data export from prime contractor Uzurv attributes all 2,753 unfinished trips to rider-side reasons; our own dispatch records confirm the provider-initiated count is in the dozens rather than the thousands. Full provider-side return logs available on request to contracting officers.
